    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is common knowledge that we have finished interviews for the health workers and from next week, the letters will be sent out for those who have passed the interview to report to their various stations. The development partners are not giving us any conditions. In fact, initially, they had given us some conditions but the Ministry said: \"No, we will not accept them.\" So, they are giving us funds and it is the Ministry that is employing. Most of these people who are being employed by the development partners are on contract of three years. We promise them - I would like to say this in this House so that the country can hear - that the Ministry will absorb them after the three-year contracts are over."
