    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, you heard the Assistant Minister, when answering part \"b\" of the Question, say that there is equitable distribution of funds by the Ministry throughout the country. You will realise that last week, when we were debating the Ministry's budget, the amount of money which was allocated to some parts of the country was money from the Government while other districts were allocated money from donor communities. Is the Assistant Minister really in order to mislead this House by saying that there is equitable distribution of funds by his Ministry?"
