    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I rise on a point of order to request for a Ministerial Statement from the Minister for Education. This is with regard to the ongoing employment exercise of P1 teachers. Sometime last year, I asked a Question and the Minister promised that certificates for the previous year will be ready by June,2006, to enable the teachers to get employment by August, 2006. I would like the Minister to address the cause of the delay in releasing those certificates so that those who sat for their examinations in 2005 could be employed this August, because we were expecting the certificates to be released by June, 2006, as he had promised me last year."
