On Wednesday last week, I sought a Ministerial Statement from the Minister of State for Administration and National Security concerning some nearly 500 cows which were forcefully collected from Pokots in Trans Nzoia District by the Government and donated unilaterally to some armed people in Uganda at night. I had sought an explanation from the Government about those livestock and about the fate of the people who lost their livestock. What is the Government doing about this incident? May I, please, know why up to this time, there is no Ministerial Statement? When can I get it?"
