    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me the opportunity to continue with my submission on this very important matter. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is sad that 43 years after Independence, we are still not self- sufficient in terms of food production and ability to feed our own people and yet we are dealing with a Government that has even lost the war against corruption. The Kshs350 million that has been flashed over today's newspapers could have been enough to provide so many dams in Ukambani, for instance. I want to suggest that the Motion by Prof. Oniang'o be treated with the seriousness it deserves."
