    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is surprising to note that even the Front Bench is not listening. We know that science and mathematics are crucial for moving this country forward. We do not have enough science and mathematics teachers. In the past, they used to receive incentives and that is why I am asking why those teachers cannot be paid allowances. Could the Assistant 2556 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES August 2, 2006 Minister tell us the incentives he has put in place to make sure that he attracts more teachers to science and mathematics?"
