Is the Assistant Minister in order to mislead this House by talking about a big project covering several districts and hence, give the wrong impression to Gachoka people that he is, in fact, giving them US$25 million? The Ministry has bought vehicles and houses. They are misusing the money! It has built only one tank, which is not even complete, over a period of two years!"
