    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is very obvious that the Assistant Minister has tried very hard to describe an imaginary situation in Gachoka Constituency. It is like a movie! I go there regularly; unlike him! The project covers three districts. However, he has not described the Gachoka Constituency situation. Could the Chair instruct him to accompany me to my constituency to confirm the facts for himself, so that he can save Government money? What I have said is nothing, but the truth. They completed only one tank recently because I made a lot of noise and they knew I was to raise this Question in this House."
