    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the President directed the Ministry to do various roads, countrywide. While preparing our budget, we went to the Minister for Finance and discussed the roads that the President directed that they be rehabilitated or reconstructed countrywide. However, the Minister could not give us money required to start work on all those roads in the current financial year. That is why some of those roads, like the one in question, has been budgeted for in the next financial year."
