You can see that this figure has decreased from last year's allocation of Kshs6 million to Kshs3.4 million this year. The provision for basic salaries for permanent employees has decreased slightly. What is this personal allowance paid as part of salary and why has it decreased drastically compared with basic salary paid to permanent employees?"
