    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I thank the Assistant Minister for that answer. Out of the 14 people who died, about seven came from my constituency including one professor of mathematics from Kenyatta University. This accident happened because there was no railway crossing sign and there were no road bumps. Immediately after the accident, the signs and the bumps were put up. This shows that the railway corporation was guilty of not putting up the railway sign and this led to the accident. What plans does the Assistant Minister have to compensate the families of those who died in that accident because of the negligence of the Kenya Railways Corporation and the Ministry of Transport?"
