I am, therefore, taking this opportunity to assure my good friend, hon. Peter Odoyo from Nyakach Constituency, that I am going to invoke those powers if the concessionaire does not start operating this train service. As I have explained, I have a personal interest in this matter being a former student of Maseno High School and its present students should also enjoy this service."
