    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I do not think that the Bosire Commission has been declared 2474 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES August 1, 2006 null and void. It is up to the Attorney-General to have the last say in the matter. The public will know that the Attorney-General has read the ruling after he has read the proceedings, applied his legal mind to it and looked at the various general principles of law, which appear to have been turned topsy turvy. At that stage, I will make up my mind and let the public know my decision on the matter."
