    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am sorry if I brushed you on the wrong shoulders but I want to illustrate that this Ministry is doing a good job unlike the Ministry of Trade and Industry whose budget we passed here amid corruption which is so rampant there. I wish to say on the Floor of this House that people are writing cheques. There is a notorious depot in Bungoma which the Minister is using as a conduit, with his own people, to siphon tonnes of cement out of that factory. Amidst all that, the country has lost almost Kshs400 million!"
