    "content": "I would like to ask the Ministry of Local Government to be transparent, and not to follow the issues of resource allocation blindly. We all need a share of the national cake. When this Ministry is doing well, we should have no reason to talk bad things about it. In essence, the Minister should re-look at his development budget and do us justice, as people coming from various districts in this country. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the LATF annual report, which the Minister alluded to, is something which comes many months after the funds have been spent."
