    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I strongly stand to support this amendment. Politics is a process and some of these leaders who are going for the big position of the Presidency and Deputy Presidency are leaders of political parties in their respective ways. If you read the history of political development and presidency, most Presidents in Africa became Presidents after trying several times. Why do we want to send Kenyans who want to become President in 2012 back to the village? We must allow them back here as Members of Parliament so that they continue in the development and evolution of their own political parties."
