    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, hon. Marende has asked a Question on the 18 contracts, not on the passports. The 18 contracts are covered within the report of the Controller and Auditor-General, which I tabled here and asked the PAC to look at so that they can help us in expediting the matter. We are looking at it as a Government, but we want the backing of the PAC 2428 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES July 27, 2006 in terms of doing things together in tandem. Now, the PAC has not started doing that, and that is my disappointment."
