If I have to give any apologies, I would give apologies to Mr. Manoti because I promised him last year that we would start doing this road using Kshs50 million. However, the design that was being done internally in the Ministry took a bit longer. Now that the design is complete, this road was advertised on 19th July, 2006, and we are currently in the procurement process. I am sure that by November, the tender will have been awarded and the contractor will be in place."
