I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 15 of the Bill be amended in Subclause (1)- (a) by deleting the words “at least two newspapers” appearing after the words “in the Gazette and in” and substituting therefor the words “electronic and print media”; and (b) by inserting the following new paragraph after paragraph (a)- “(b) in the case of an election under Article 138(5) of the Constitution, at least twenty-one days before the date of the election;”"
