However, I will be very specific and say that we are trying to encourage group applications, spread out payment of connections over time and also help in making timely acquisition of material through the Kenya Power and Lighting Company (KPLC). That is why we are talking about developing an investment climate action plan which will draw inputs from all Ministries."
