"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am very frustrated in this House because when hon. Kimunya was answering his Question he was not answering the Question asked by Members on this side. I asked the Assistant Minister a very specific question. Could he tell us with facts and figures how competitive Kenya is with respect to Uganda and Tanzania, if one is investing in the EAC market? This question is very specific and he answers it in a general manner while meandering around by talking about policies of development. That is not the answer!"
