One, the argument in support, particularly by the Mover, hon. Ojode, is misplaced. I request him to read Standing Order No.148(5), Paragraph \"c\" to appreciate that the PIC does not have to wait for the reports of the Controller and Auditor-General in exercise of its functions to do the following: \"To examine in the context of the autonomy and efficiency of the public investments whether the affairs of the public investments are being managed in accordance with sound business principles and prudent commercial practices\"."
