"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, if the police officers arrested one of the thugs yesterday, it means that they are working, and that is what I have confirmed. But I have said that we are not aware that there is a gang called Kilunda . There are criminal activities going on in the district but we have police officers on the ground. Therefore, whenever any incident is reported, proper action is taken. I have also said that we have arrangements to increase the number of police officers working in that area. If the community will embrace the idea of community policing, then I am sure the rate of crime will definitely be brought under control."
