    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the issue of police officers being involved in criminal activities has been raised in this House previously. But we have always said that we require information in order to apprehend those few errant officers. If we just say that police officers are involved in criminal activities and accuse them across the board, we may not be able to achieve anything. So, if there is anyone in this House or any citizen with information which indicates that some of the police officers are involved in criminal activities, he should volunteer that information to us. We will definitely make use of it in order to arrest those police officers and charge them. Otherwise, it is the responsibility of all citizens of this country to ensure that crime is brought down by embracing the community policing policy, so that we can work together."
