The Assistant Minister has said that those people who have been aggrieved by cattle rustling, in this particular case, should report the matter and investigations will be done. I do not come from those areas. However, for the aggrieved people to approach me, it is because they have already approached the Government and also hired a lawyer to talk to the Government over the issue. You are talking about 495 animals. This is not a small matter. Could the Assistant Minister assure this House that he will do further investigations and that those people who are affected will get back their animals, or at least, be made to feel that they belong to this country and are part of the Government?"
