"content": " The hon. Member wants to know how much money we will use, and I was just giving him the figures. The money will be sourced from the Department of Adult Education, the Central Bureau of Statistics and the Ministry of Education through the Kenya Education Sector Programme. The donor component is also being provided by the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), the United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO) and the Development Fund for International Development (DFID). The field work for the survey is expected to take two months and data collection was to be conducted in early June, 2006 and mid August, 2006. While the preliminary results of the survey will be out in October 2006, the detailed report will be released by February, 2007."
