    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I have given the statistics of what is collected from private health service providers. I think Mr. Mwandawiro will appreciate the fact that, the amount collected is not sufficient to run public health sector. As a matter of priority, the health sector is among the top five sectors that are given a lot of money in the national Budget that we approved the other day. Therefore, the Government provides much more money than what the private health sector collects. If the hon. Member wants me to confine what is collected purely to public health, then it will not make any logical sense whether it is capitalist or communist!"
