Member that the reduction was due to the presence of the Anti-Stock Theft Unit. The Questioner has also said that they were withdrawn without the 2378 concurrence of the security team in the district. How does the Assistant Minister expect the people to go back and consult and yet there was no consultation in the reverse way? Mr. Speaker, Sir, could the Assistant Minister restore the Anti-Stock Theft Unit in this particular location without going round the Question?"
