    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is very unfortunate that even after the Question was deferred last month, the Minister did not bother to go and check the facts. This is the same answer he brought to this House and we rejected it. The Chair asked him to go and look for a better July 26, 2006 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 2381 answer. It is unfortunate that, that did not happen. Secondly, the Minister has said that there is no Odhiambo in that list. I do not want to be tribalistic, but there are three people in the list who do not understand that mother tongue. For example, where did Kamunge come from? That is not a local name. Let him answer that question."
