    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I thank the Minister for that answer. However, before that tragedy occurred, I personally had discussed that building with one of the Ministers. I informed him about the construction of a building that was going on. But he just took it lightly. The Minister has said that no action was taken against the two engineers. Could he tell this House why his Ministry did not take action against those two engineers who approved the construction of the building and 2386 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES July 26, 2006 supervised it?"
