    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, in as much as I appreciate what the Minister has said, looking at the various Items, there is nothing that shows that there will be any designs. It is just things like domestic travel and subsistence and other transport costs, foreign travel and subsistence, printing, advertising and information supplies and services. This is such a paltry sum. I wonder whether what the Minister has said can be captured under this kind of allocation."
