    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, there is a new line of Government resource allocation which is being chanelled through KIRDI that has not been there before, and that is why there is a doubling of allocation as grants to other Government agencies. We have been requesting for certain grants for KIRDI, which have not been forthcoming, and with the Government that has witnessed such a growth in public resources, we were able to get substantially more than we ever got from KANU."
