Just like I raised this matter in my contribution yesterday, you can see that there is a sum of Kshs43,500,000 which is entitled: \"Subsidies to Small Businesses, Co-operatives and Self-employed\". I am raising this issue because the Minister, even though he had promised me yesterday that he would respond to this matter, should tell us today how this is going to be done to the satisfaction of every Kenyan."
