"content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I would like to query the same issue that my colleague has pointed out to the Minister. When we go to other Ministries, whenever there is an A-in-A, it is clearly indicated which organization funds it. Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, for example, if it is from the World Bank or OPEC, it is clearly indicated. Why are we now being given a generalized description as \"Grant from foreign governments\" or \"Grant from international organizations\" without specifically being told who are those friends of ours whose identity is not given? We have friends out there and we would like to congratulate them, but we do not know who they are!"
