    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the NSSF is a parastatal that falls within the Ministry of Labour and Human Resource Development. In the hon. Member's Question, there is reference to a sum of Kshs8,450,000 which forms part of the statutory deductions to the NSSF and which has not been paid by this company. A further sum of Kshs6,400,000 which is a statutory deduction for the NHIF has also not been paid by this company. What is the Minister doing to ensure that those statutory deductions are recovered? What legal action has he taken?"
