After the adjustments and the proposals were given to the Cabinet, it was realised that the cost of certain items were grossly underestimated. So, the Ministry has to come up with new costs so that, that road could be completed. It is not surprising that the adjustments could even be higher than the current cost of Kshs980 million that was approved."
