    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, we want to change this country. We want to professionalise the management of our resources and issues. We want the holders of these offices to be able to execute their duties which have been given in the Constitution. We have raised the bar even for the County Assembly Members. Therefore, it clearly follows that we must raise the bar for the President, County Governor and their Deputies given the nature of their duties. Therefore, I propose that we support this amendment."
