But with regard to them, as well as Ambassadors in key countries, we need to identify people who are not only professional diplomats, but those that have an appreciation for business and can play a big role in terms of enticing and telling us more about business opportunities as opposed to their getting these jobs just because they are politically-connected. They must bring value to more Kenyans. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, with those few remarks, I beg to support."
