    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, whereas I totally agree with the idea that those holding executive positions like the President, Deputy President, Governor and Deputy Governor need to have a degree, I cannot bring myself to see the logic behind legislating for other positions in this House. I completely oppose that amendment. We have a lot of very capable people who need to be in this House who do not have degrees. It is unnecessarily punitive and we should reject it totally."
