"content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, you have heard the Assistant Minister admit that, that is a national problem. The Ministry is urging Members of Parliament to use the Constituencies Development Fund (CDF) money to expand the existing secondary schools and build new ones, so that they can cope with the high enrolment as a result of free primary education. My question is: Now that we have expanded classrooms using the CDF, what plans does the Government have to employ more teachers and make free primary education meaningful? If we employ more teachers, we will also have a good secondary education."
