Member asked this Question, because of the coincidence that I am also the Minister for Environment and Natural Resources, I asked the Forest Department to finalize this particular section because, as the hon. Member says, this matter has been pending for a long time. Therefore, that is why we indicated that we are going to conclude this matter within this financial year. The Director of Survey is in the process of establishing the boundary as per the declaration of the Kamwega Adjudication Section. I have also asked the Forest Department to sort out this matter so that we can finalize it because it has been pending since 14th August, 2000, as the hon. Member has said."
