    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I asked the same Question last year and the Minister said then that it will be completed in the financial year 2005/2006. But now, 2005/2006 financial year has come and gone. There are people who are benefitting from cultivating in this forest. Whenever surveyors and officers from the Forest Department go there, they are attacked. Will the Minister undertake here and now to ask the District Commissioner for Nandi North to provide security to the surveyors from the Forest Department to go and establish a forest boundary and then issue titles to the other residents who are not involved in this matter?"
