Members, if we do not spend our CDF money. The point is, we have taken the necessary action to ensure that all the money that has been voted is spent within that financial year. Secondly, we have gone ahead and started a Budget Implementation Unit, at the Treasury, to ensure that we assess early enough, budgets for the respective Ministries."
