A National Assembly like this must be extremely careful to make sure that we examine every particular amendment and understand whether it actually reflects that legal theory and combust in the original legislation. It is, therefore, with much regret that I say that many amendments in this legislation cannot be accepted, and should be rejected. I will begin by pointing out the very first one; the one seeking to amend the National Assembly and Presidential Elections Act.
