    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, on behalf of the Departmental Committee on Adminstration of Justice and Legal Affairs, I beg to give notice of the following Motion:- THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Departmental Committee on Administration of Justice and Legal Affairs on the deliberations and the nomination of commissioners to the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights laid on the Table on Wednesday, 19th July, 2006."
