    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, Mr. Joseph Mutegi has been carrying with him the original receipt to the Agricultural Officer in Meru and the Ministry Headquarters for the last two years until I had to bring this Question to Parliament. I have written to the Ministry twice. I have been to the Ministry Headquarters three times. This money is so little. It is Kshs14,530! Because of travelling, the man has already spent more money than what he is going to get. That is why I am asking the Assistant Minister to compensate Mt. Mutegi in terms of travelling expenses."
