    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, while I can see the sense in what Dr. Nuh is attempting to do, I think the Constitution is very clear in terms of qualifications and only limits to what is provided within the law. So, adding this would be unconstitutional. I would like to urge Dr. Nuh to refer to the Constitution and confirm that. That is because I believe the Constitution is very clear in terms of the qualifications. Subsection 2 refers to a person running for the Office of the President. I think there are some limitations already in terms of which public officers are exempted. It is only the President, Deputy President and Members of Parliament. All the other people would have to vacate their positions because that is in the Constitution. Anything we do here, that is inconsistent with the Constitution, will be rendered null and void."
