    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, Arsim Lutheran Dispensary is a mission dispensary. I have heard the Assistant Minister say that the hon. Member can use part of his CDF money to develop that dispensary, which is a private health facility. Why should the Ministry not put up a Government dispensary or health centre, so that the hon. Member can use CDF money to construct a maternity unit as an additional facility? This is not a Government dispensary, but a private dispensary!"
