    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, is the Assistant Minister aware that the case for reparation will be filed on 20th October by Mau Mau War Veterans Association and that this will be done through the Kenya Human Rights Commission? Therefore, there are Kenyans who are being conned by this particular organisation. Is the Assistant Minister aware of that? If he is, why is he not handing over the matter to the CID to investigate because the other commission does not intend to have the complainants pay any money? It is doing it for free."
