    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, we have a programme already. In fact, we have identified almost all ongoing projects in Butula Constituency. For example, we know that the project at Kanjala will require Kshs5 million; Shibale, Kshs2.5 million; Bulwane, Bwalilo and Elugulu, Kshs10 million; Bukhuyi and Tingolo; Kshs20 million; Chango, Kshs7 million; and Muruka, Kshs0.8 million. So, we are aware of all these projects. All these projects depend on availability of funds. We have already started working in the constituency and as we get more funds we shall implement all those projects."
